- Worked as a Property Manager and Regional Property Manager for 15+ years prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent. Currently runs her own Property Management Division—Franklin Properties & Consulting. Dawna has managed Residential, Section 8, Tax Credit, USDA Rural Development and Luxury housing.
- Holds multiple certifications and has had extensive training and experience in Property Management (NAHP-e, CPO, TaCCs), Marketing, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Affordable Housing Programs, Real Estate Ethics, REAC Inspections (Real Estate Assessment Center), Etc.
